Yes, reversible air conditioning automatically switches between heating and cooling depending on the season.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. After 10:30 PM, late arrivals are possible upon prior request.

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.

Late check-out is available for €20, subject to availability

Are all rooms and areas accessible to guests with reduced mobility (PRM)?

PRM access is available on the ground floor of our Grande Muse building as well as on the ground floor of our Petite Muse building, where a PRM-adapted room is located.

The gardens and parking areas are also accessible. An elevator provides access to the first and second floors of the Grande Muse building, and a second elevator is also available in the Petite Muse building to access its first and second floors.

How can I reach the hotel using public transport?

You can reach Hôtel Les Muses by taking the Sibra bus lines 13, 26, or 20, and getting off at the “Pré Vernet” stop. Additional information is available via the Sibra app.

We do not have a dedicated luggage room, but you may store your luggage at reception, subject to available space.
